 DEFINATION AND OBJECTIVE OF KINESIOLOGY

KINESIOLOGY

The word KINESIOLOGY (Body Dynamics) is made up of two words KINESIS and LOGY which means STUDY OF MOTION i.e. to understand the laws of motion or to follow their rules.

From which Greek language is the word KINESIOLOGY (physiology) derived, that is, Czech is a word of Greek language whose creator or its father is Aristotle

There is a study about the motion of the animal, in this the structure of the human body and the working mechanisms that provide human motion are studied.

Before understanding Kinetics, it is necessary to read BIOMECHANICS BIOMECHOLOGY, ANATOMY ANATOMY Physiology i.e. Physiology because this physiology only after knowing the construction of anatomy, we understand KINESIOLOGY (Physiology). can

That is, before understanding dynamics, it is necessary to understand anatomy, physiology and biomechanics because it is a part of this, so it is a part of it, that is why it is necessary for us to understand and after that we will be able to understand dynamics very well.

Under dynamics, the motion of the body is studied, as well as it affects our health, we study it in dynamics. First of all, it is necessary to understand about the physiology and anatomy of the living machine, only on the basis of these we can understand the dynamics.

OBJECTIVE OF KINESIOLOGY

- RELAXATION

- BODY POSTURE IMPROVEMENT (Correcting the physical appearance or improving the wrong habit whose effect reads on our body)

- INCREASING JOINTS MOBILITY

- INCREASING MUSCULAR STRENGTH

-INCREASING ENDURANCE (Prolonging the duration of fatigue by increasing physical endurance)

                                                                                                                - INCREASING CORDINATION (Improving physical coordination which has an effect on our performance)

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 - INCREASING CONTROL                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 - INCREASING FLEXIBILITY (Improving physical flexibility
