What is exercise, how many types are there?
EXERCISE
Under exercise, all those physical activity skills or exercises that affect our physical ability or ability, our health remains good with the proper use of these exercises.

GENERAL EXERCISE
Under normal exercise, all those exercises are included, which we normally do before any sports activity or before physical activity, as well as it affects our physical ability.
Common exercises are used in all sports activities, athletes also use them, which are used in our physical activity in general, they are used equally in any sports activity or activity.
SPECIFIC EXERCISE
Under the specific exercise, all those exercises are used which affect the sports action or skills, they are used in different ways in all the sports activities or activities which are used according to the need of those activities.
Their use helps a lot in the activity of sports, as well as they are used according to the need, which are used according to the same need of all sports.
Aerobic Exercise (AEROBIC EXERCISE)
Aerobic exercise includes all those exercises which we use in the presence of oxygen, that is, whatever exercise is done in the presence of oxygen, they are called aerobic exercise.

ANAEROBIC EXERCISE
Under anaerobic exercise, exercise is done in the presence of no oxygen, that is, the exercise which is done in the presence of no oxygen is called anaerobic exercise but their duration is very short.
While doing anaerobic exercise, energy is obtained from the fat stored on our body to meet the energy demand without oxygen, but due to which the lactic acid ghost increases in the body and soon we start getting covered, due to this reason its duration is too short
