The main purpose of stabilizing the department was to upgrade the status of physical education protecting quality teachers and leaders in the field of physical education by offering degrees a large section of youth is attracting to option for physical education as career has a separate Department within the faculty of education has been set up the providing education in the areas of physical education the department has good facilities with interesting teaching rooms with LED and OHP computer laboratory exercise department 

M.P.Ed  Master of physical education it is 2 year 4th semester full time cell finance course as per rules of ncte 

B.P.Ed  bachelor of Physical Education it is 2 year 4th semester full time sell finance course as per rules of ncte 

BPES bachelor of physical education and Sports Science it is 3 year and 6 semester full time cell finance course as per rules of ncte

Admission Process 

Persons are not allowed to take admission as the courses involve physical activity married women candidate are eligible to take admission in BPEd  course but if they get pregnant during the course they have to leave the course for at least 1 year because all candidates option for the program need regis physical training for admission to BPEd and MPEd program offered in CCS University Campus and affiliated college student will have to apply through the online portal of University admission in BPEd and MPEd program will be based on the following criteria the specific admission criteria is by taking the following components for BPEd and MPEd course will be 

TEST ITEM 

Physical fitness test-   100 marks 

sports achievements -   18 marks 

 university weightage-    8 marks 

academic weightage -    14 marks 

interview -                     10 marks 

 grand total -                 150 marks 

the modified offer physical fitness test will be used to take admission in BPEd and MPEd COURSE  at course for session 2023 to 24 

 The test items 

50 M run Test one trial allowed 

bent knee  sit ups  test one trial allowed 

shuttle Run 4 into 10 m to trial allowed 

 standing broad jump to trial allowed 

 600 M run Test one trial allowed 

 each test item listed above carries a maximum of 20 marks the specific marking scheme for the performance in upper physical fitness test will be as appendix
