 ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION

- If he/she has passed Senior Secondary     Certificate Examination (10+2) or

Intermediate/equivalent examination from any recognized Education Board

with 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidate) and Kashmiri Migrants &

Kashmiri Pandit/Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrants) living in Kashmir

(i) All the candidates appearing as Supplementary/Compartment in qualifying

examinations for the session 2019-20 are eligible to appear in Entrance Test but

their final results must be declared on or before the last date of Registration.

(ii) Candidates should note that no “call letter” for the Entrance Test shall be sent to

them by Post. They should download the admit card Online after filling up the

Online Admission Form.

(iii) Admission to physically challenged candidates of any category is not permissible.

Consists of 60 Multiple-Choice Questions based on General

Knowledge and Reasoning & Numerical Ability. The duration

of test will be of 60 minutes.

COURSE INFORMATION

Duration of the course is 01 year (two-semesters). A candidate must complete the

course and pass the final examination within two academic years from the first

admission to this program . Details of Theory Subjects, Practical and Internship are

as follows:

COURSE OVERVIEW :

Course Delivery :

Classes will be conducted online. It includes recorded auto-

graded and peer-reviewed assignments, video lectures, and

community discussion forums.

Students will receive a shareable electronic course material.

Assessment & Evaluation :

Continuous assessment – Theory, Practical & Internship (Field

Work/Live Project/Case Studies).

 Final Examination – Final Examination will be conducted at the

end of each semester online.

THEORY SUBJECTS :

Meaning and concept of Event & Sport Event, Managing Sports Events,

Human Resource Management, Sports Facility Management, Marketing

Management, Sport Event Finance Management, Mass Media and Public

Relations, Internship-I, Internship-II

 PRACTICAL :

Field Work/Live Project/Case studies.

 INTERNSHIP :

Internship of 45 days (to submit the report of Internship duly signed by

authorized Supervisor from Institute/Industry).
