 BALANCE BEAM:

BALANCE BEAM:--- The use of balance beam was first seen at the time of John basedo aur gutsmuth. John's play ground also had a balance beam known as a lig bar or suspended bar measuring 40 feet in length and 10 inches in width. It was first used in the Olympic Games in 1936 in Berlin, Germany. At present, the length of the balance beam is 5 m, width 10 cm and height 1.20 m. On this 10 cm wide equipment, gymnasts have to do many physical exercises such as jump posture, jump, running, forward roll, bank world roll, turn and many acrobats have to do one movement. Huh.
