Doing all the work done by a person in daily life without getting tired and properly depends on our physical ability, that is, our ability to do work is called physical ability.
It is only through physical ability that we become able to do work in daily life. Physical capacity reflects our health. Physical ability varies from person to person. It also depends on our age, gender, habit, right eating habits.
We can also affect physical ability which depends on strength, endurance, flexibility and movement ability, as well as this ability can also be affected through our right diet, proper exercise done.
