MACRO CYCLE


Its cycle is of three to twelve months like sports calendar which comes after one year.



MESO CYCLE


Its cycle is of three to six weeks with the objective of developing the player's performance fundamentally, thereby increasing the player's RECOVERY RATE



MICRO CYCLE


Its cycle is of five to ten days, we also call it WEEKLY TRAINIG PERIOD.
