AEROBIC CAPICITY (Aerobic Capacity or Oxy Capacity)

AEROBIC CAPICITY (Aerobic Capacity or Oxy Capacity)

During sports activities, physical activity and sports training, we need energy for muscle contraction, which we get by taking oxygen O2, oxygen we get from the atmosphere.

Oxygen reaches all the bodily organs through the lungs, through oxygen, energy and nutrition reaches the body, this process is called AEROBIC CAPACITY.

In simple language, the activities that we do for a long time without getting tired, that ability is called AEROBIC CAPACITY, such as jogging, running, swimming, cycling, walking etc. We come under aerobic capacity, mainly all these. Action and exercise, sports require aerobic capacity

Through aerobic capacity, we develop our efficiency, fatigue capacity and endurance capacity etc.

The ability to produce energy in the presence of oxygen is called AEROBIC CAPACITY.

ANAEROBIC CAPACITY (Anaerobic Capacity or Anoxic Capacity)

The ability to produce energy without the presence of oxygen is called anaerobic potential.

This type of ability is necessary for those actions which are performed at a fast pace and for a short time.

Explosive power is used in this type of ability, which is a fast-moving action, whose time period is very short because they do not have oxygen supply to get the required energy.

This type of capacity is mainly used in the following types of activities like - 100M , 200M , 400M , SPRINT , WEIGHT LIFTING , BOXING , JUDO
