Circuit Training Method
In this training method, a formal training is done in which the player completes the activities chosen by him in a sequence or in a circuit.
Under this one sequence 20 normally 6 to 10 stations or come for sport or exercise o are included
All these stations can be increased or decreased one after the other in the prescribed time period i.e. their number of stations in sequence.
