Definition of Strength
The work done against any resistance is called power. Strength is mainly achieved through muscle contraction, voluntary muscle contraction and neuromuscular system because all movement of all sports is driven by contraction of muscles. Strength in all types of sports It is used in different ways, some sports require less physical strength like ludo, carrom, chess etc.
While some sports require more power, weight-lifting, kabaddi, volleyball, cricket, football, athletics, hockey etc. Whereas in some sports the need for power is normal like- yoga, shooting, etc. All sports completely depend on physical strength, that is, due to different experiments, power has been divided into three types.

Maximum Strength
The maximum work done against a resistance or the work done against the maximum resistance is called maximum power. In which all the fibers of the muscle together give maximum power, maximum power mainly depends on the muscles.
Explosive Strength
The work done at high speed against any resistance is called explosive power, this type of power is made up of power capacity and speed potential, explosive power is mainly divided into three parts.
Start Strength
This type of power is mainly used to start any sport movement such as - sprint start, weight lifting.
Strength Speed
This type of power is used against maximum resistance in work at high speed such as throw, jump.
Speed Strength
This type of power is used to work against low resistance which is played in all teams.
Strength Endurance
This type of power is used against any resistance in the event of exhaustion, this power is also made by two speed potential.
Strength Endurance
This type of power is used in the event of exhaustion against high resistance, this type of power is mainly used in long duration games.
Endurance Strength
This type of power is used in conditions of exhaustion against low resistance such as swimming, road cycling.
ways to increase power
Strength is the capacity that we increase by training, under this we have to know that they are factors by which we can increase strength. Strength mainly depends on our muscle, the more the size of our muscle. If the strength will also be more, then let us know how we can increase the strength.
To increase strength, we have to do more work than normal tasks, only by giving more emphasis on the body, the size of the muscle changes comes too fast
