The bones of the hands and feet come under the contractile skeleton, within which all of the following come

side

Palm

Shoulder

Leg

Feet

Zhang

The bones of the contractile skeleton are divided into two parts

upper limbs

lower limbs


Upper limb - 4 bones come under it


Clavicle - 2 bones

Scapula - 2 bones

Humerus - 2 bones are found in the bones

Radius - 2 bones

Ulna - 2 bones

Carpals - There is 1 bone, it is found in the wrist.

Metacarpals – 10 bones are found

Phalanges - 28 bones are found in the fingers.



Lower limbs - contains 2 bones


Thigh


Femur - has 2 bones

Patella - consists of 2 bones


Leg


Tibia - 2 bones

Fibula - consists of 2 bones


Ankle


Tarsals - 14 bones


Feet


Metatarsals - 10 bones


Phalanges - There are 28 bones which are in the fingers.
