What is Cooling Down


Cooling down is the process of returning to the normal state from exercise or physical activity, that is, after a long period of exercise or practice, when we stop the activity, then the function of our internal organs and blood is normalized through cooling down. Due to which physical fatigue caused by exercise, avoids the effect of stiffness and the body becomes ready to work after rest for some time.


By cooling down, we return to the pre-exercise state and the body's fatigue decreases. Which is the reason for fatigue, weakness, dizziness etc. Therefore, cooling down is necessary after exercise. And yoga asanas are done, I will tell about them.


More asanas to be done under cooling down


1- funeral
